Tag Keep Pro

Tag Keep Pro is a one-time purchase. If you previously purchased Pro and the app does not recognize it, open Tag Keep and use Restore Purchases from the Pro screen or Settings.

iCloud Sync

Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on your Apple device and that iCloud services are available. Tag Keep remains usable locally even when iCloud is temporarily unavailable.

Notifications

If reminders are not appearing, check that notifications are enabled for Tag Keep in iOS Settings. Each device schedules its own local notifications.

Secure Items

Secure Items use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device authentication settings. Tag Keep does not receive or store your biometric information.

Backup & Restore

Backup files can contain private information. Keep them in a trusted location. When restoring, review the selected backup carefully before choosing merge or replace.
