By using Tag Keep, you agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.
Your content
You are responsible for the information, photos, notes, and other content you save in Tag Keep. You should avoid storing information you are not authorized to possess or share.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you. Although Tag Keep provides backup and iCloud-related features, no storage or synchronization system can be guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available.
Tag Keep Pro
Tag Keep Pro is offered as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Purchase processing, refunds, and related payment matters are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
No warranty
Tag Keep is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will meet every individual use case.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Tag Keep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes
These terms may be updated when Tag Keep changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
